The Neighborhood Clinic aims to make a lasting impact in the Las Vegas community and beyond. The clinic's mission is to ensure that every person who walks through our doors receives the care and support they need to lead a healthy, fulfilling life. Our initiatives and activities are designed to catalyze true transformation and our goal is to open ten new clinics by the end of 2024.

The Las Vegas Rescue Mission
The Neighborhood Clinic is located downtown within the Las Vegas Rescue Mission campus in a building completely rebuilt by The Neighborhood Clinic to maximize its space for patients. This location includes three exam rooms, a CLIA-accredited laboratory, nurse practitioner and on-site medical staff. Strategically located on the corner of D Street and Bonanza its proximity to those in need allowed The Neighborhood Clinic to make an immediate impact in the wellness of the surrounding community.

The Neighborhood Clinic at the Historic Westside
This large-scale primary care clinic and community center will be a comprehensive healthcare facility designed to provide high-quality medical care and a wide range of community services. In addition to primary care services, the clinic will also provide a variety of specialty services, including behavioral health, women's health, and chronic disease management. We will offer on-site laboratory and pharmacy services within the building as well. The community center aspect of the facility is being designed to offer a welcoming and supportive space. The center offers a wide range of programs and services to promote health and wellness, including educational classes, cooking programs, and support groups.
The Neighborhood Clinic at New Haven
The Neighborhood Clinic at New Haven is a 10,000 square foot clinic in North Las Vegas and will follow in the footsteps of its predecessors and provide comprehensive population health and wellness. As the centerpiece of a 19 acre redevelopment, The Neighborhood Clinic at New Haven will fill a void in what is otherwise an area with low access to healthcare. Once again the focus is on total wellness and long term patient outcomes for all regardless of status.
